INTEREST-BASED ADS POLICY

At MotorVero, we strive to create a fair and secure advertising environment for both our dealer clients (Advertisers) and website visitors (Consumers). According to our agreement, advertisers hold responsibility for all information in their listings since they possess the necessary details to create accurate listings. While showcasing vehicles on MotorVero and affiliated websites, advertisers must comply with our Advertising Policy(described in our Privacy Policy), which is designed to ensure reliability, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws.

Reliable and Truthful Listings: Advertisers are required to clearly explain all rebates, incentives, down payments, special promotions, and other factors that impact the displayed price. Every vehicle advertised must be available for purchase directly from the advertiser at the dealership address listed. Advertisers with multiple dealership locations must ensure that the inventory in their listings corresponds to the exact locations advertised on MotorVero. Advertisers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their listings and promptly removing any inventory that has been sold or is no longer available. MotorVero reserves the right to remove any listings that violate this policy or any relevant laws, and advertisers will remain liable for any resulting fees or penalties.

Vehicle and Dealership-Focused Listings: All advertiser listings must focus solely on the vehicle and dealership, free of prohibited content such as links to other sites, inappropriate or offensive material, or unauthorized contact information. Images and videos in the listings should only depict the vehicle being sold, general dealership branding, or informational content, without promoting special offers or including people without their consent. Advertisers are also prohibited from misusing consumer data, which should only be used to fulfill the consumer's request or provide related customer service. Unauthorized use of consumer data, including mass distribution of information, is strictly prohibited.

MotorVero's Right to Enforce:MotorVero reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance with this Advertising Policy at its discretion. We may waive certain policies for product quality assurance, business model testing, or strategic market development. Additionally, MotorVero has the right to amend this policy or remove listings without prior notice.

Miscellaneous Provisions: Order Form Specifications. MotorVero and advertisers may execute order forms detailing the marketing services, pricing, campaign timelines, and other specifics. The actual campaign start date may vary from the estimated date provided.

Acceptance and Availability. If the inventory listed is not available, MotorVero will notify the client within five business days. Acceptance of the order form will occur upon written approval by MotorVero or the presentation of the first ad impression.

Order Form Compliance. Advertisers must adhere to our Advertising Policy and placement restrictions. MotorVero will manage ad inventory purchases, third-party vendor selection, and the timing of ad placements at its sole discretion, ensuring balanced delivery schedules.
