Role Overview

As an Office Coordinator at MotorVero and a key member of the Facilities, Real Estate, and Operations (FREO) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class workplace experience. As one of the first points of contact for employees and guests, you’ll be a welcoming presence while ensuring seamless office operations and event support.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion MotorVero’s culture and values as an approachable, energetic, and reliable team member.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and manage workplace appearance, ensuring conference rooms and shared spaces are clean and organized.
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies, PPE, and pantry items, including tracking and restocking as needed.
  • Support in-office programs such as daily lunch and beverage services and coordinate employee events and meetings.
  • Partner with the People Operations team to facilitate initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
  • Oversee office vendors and building-related needs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Implement updates to office policies and procedures, such as visitor registration, safety standards, and emergency plans.
  • Assist with inter-office moves and special projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in office or facilities management, with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset, outgoing personality, and polished communication skills.
  • Proficiency in handling both independent tasks and collaborative projects.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site at our Cambridge office 5 days a week.
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, or event management is a plus.
