Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to support MotorVero’s growth and success. This individual will collaborate with department leaders to ensure the recruitment process aligns with company goals, fosters a positive candidate experience, and reflects MotorVero’s culture of innovation and inclusivity.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other innovative channels.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews and serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent MotorVero at career fairs, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Analytical skills to assess recruitment data and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
