Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance MotorVero’s brand presence, engage with our community, and drive measurable growth across all platforms. This role requires a creative, data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling through social media.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media campaigns aligned with MotorVero’s marketing objectives and brand identity.
  • Content Creation and Scheduling: Design, write, and schedule posts across various platforms, ensuring consistent tone and quality.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs), analyze results, and prepare reports to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Trend Spotting and Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a cutting-edge presence.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Manage Paid Social Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Crisis Management: Handle any negative feedback or crises on social platforms in alignment with MotorVero’s brand values and policies.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and best practices for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an eye for design and visuals.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for digital trends and technology.
