Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a vital role in identifying and creating new business opportunities. This individual is the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for fostering relationships, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth. The BDR collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and pipeline development.
What You'll Do
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, outreach campaigns, and strategic prospecting techniques.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce MotorVero’s products and services.
- Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' needs, qualify leads, and determine fit with MotorVero's solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions in the CRM, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and align on goals.
- Follow-Up: Nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-up, providing valuable information to move them through the sales funnel.
- Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline progression.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and MotorVero’s product offerings to effectively position the brand in conversations.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 1+ year in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
