Role Overview
The Financial Systems Administrator plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our financial systems. This position collaborates closely with our Accounting and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and optimize operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Manage administrative tasks for multiple SaaS financial systems, including access controls.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom searches, reports, and system objects.
  • Support and expand existing scripts, workflows, and custom objects.
  • Innovate and implement new features native to our current platforms.
  • Utilize expertise in cloud architecture and DevOps to drive solutions.
  • Partner with internal and external technical teams to deliver optimal system performance.
  • Mentor team members, enhancing support processes throughout the SDLC.
  • Track progress on projects and organizational goals, providing regular updates.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience with financial SaaS systems.
  • Familiarity with subscription business and eCommerce processes.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including AR, AP, invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Understanding of revenue accounting/ASC606 is a plus.
  • Experience with payment platforms (e.g., checks, credit cards, EFT) and banking portals.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, technical analysis, coding, testing, and customization within software environments, focusing on Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Corporate Accounting.
  • SOX compliance experience is a bonus.
