Role Overview
The Ad Operations Specialist plays a critical role in executing, optimizing, and maintaining digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role ensures the seamless delivery of advertisements, analyzes performance, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing and revenue goals.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end ad campaign setup, including trafficking, testing, and deployment across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor ad performance and troubleshoot delivery issues to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to gather assets and align on campaign strategies.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation.
  • Generate and deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and platform updates.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to client specifications and meet deadlines.
  • Utilize ad servers and tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360) to manage inventory and track campaign progress.
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain compliance with platform policies and data privacy regulations.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency with ad management platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to improve campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), and audience targeting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and client updates.
  • Knowledge of ad formats, including display, video, native, and mobile advertising.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, is a plus.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics or Tableau is preferred.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
